Fiskales Ad-Hok are a punk band, whose date of formation is still debated between the dates for the month of September, 1986 or February, 1987. His initial training was with Alvaro España in vocals, Roli Urzúa on bass, Polo on drums, Cyril on guitar and Pogo-the lead singer after Los Peores de Chile-on guitar and vocals.
